Kentucky Book Festival, Nov. 17th

I attended and was on a panel at the Kentucky Book Festival in Lexington at an arena that featured books and horses. People attending the rodeo could also wander into the book fair and visa versa. Books & Horses, Words & Hooves.  

How Do I Get Started?

My heart beat hard in my chest. My head kept telling me if this isn’t one of the most stupid things you’ve ever done, than I don’t know what. No one is going to come. My mouth was dry—I couldn’t even whistle.
